Good news...

Well, what can I say? I have been writing so much, I don't write on my blog as much as I should but this should make some of my fans happy (I hope). Darkness Awakened will be released Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Yeah, I know I said something about August...well, I lied. So...get ready...here is the cover reveal:

Nice and sexy, isn't it? I am releasing it for $1.49 and the following novella, Cloak of Darkness, will be $1.99, and premiere in August.

Okay, I can hear some people crying foul and wondering why The Dawn of Darkness costs more than the third novella in the series? Well, that's just the way it is and I release the anthologies in sets of two so I can't have the anthology cost more than the novellas individually (although The Supernaturals Collection #1 is a penny more than the novellas on Amazon only). Everywhere else, it is cheaper to buy the anthology than the novellas separately but if you think my Photoshop skills are so awesome, you want to invest in every cover, who am I to dissuade you?

In terms of the 99 cent sale of Darkness Rising on Amazon (DRM Free so even if you don't have a Kindle, if you can operate Calibre, you can change it to ePub or what ever else version you need), I am not sure how much longer I am going to keep it going but when it comes off sale, it will be $1.49. I am not greedy and I promise as these are shorter novellas (anywhere from 21k to 28k) then they will never be more than $1.99 as that is all someone should have to pay for such a saucy beach read. ;-)

In other news, for my contemporary romance fans who are dying for a good story that does NOT involve vampires, werewolves, ghosts, Faeries or any other supernatural characters, I do have a new novella series premiering in August and it will be released concurrently with The Supernaturals series.

It's called Superstar Marriages and so far I only have three novellas in the works but there may be more depending upon how popular it is. The first is called Lara & The City of Angels (it takes place mostly in Los Angeles, hence the title). There is a theme here...okay, I'll spill it! But after the cover reveal of Lara...

You likey? I thought you might...hehe... Oh, what was I saying? What's the gimmick? The series is about three sisters and the superstars they are married to so we are drifting back into The Beautiful People series territory but with an erotic romance twist. ;-)

The second in the series will be Jenna & The City of Light (Paris of course!!!) and the last will be Brittany & The City of Sin (Viva Las Vegas, baby!!!).

My editor is still working on Hart Attack: Book I from The Hart Family Saga (she's got a good excuse as her house was damaged severely in a tropical storm and her family's safety is more important to me than her editing my novels) so I have no control over when that one will be released. I really wanted it to come out this month but now it is looking like it won't be released until the first part of August. When I get the first round of edits back, I will let you know how severe it is and when it will approximately be released.

Okay, so that is all the news for now but I will definitely be in contact on Tuesday when the novella, Darkness Awakened, premieres. Until then, have a wonderful weekend and happy reading! ;-)
