Authors You Should Definitely Know About (In more ways than one)!

I'm absolutely terrible. I know, I should have blogged at least once this week but between real life and trying to write my new book, my indie author didn't send her interview in time and thus, no post.

I am really starting to enjoy promoting other authors and their books. I am reading quite a few books at the moment but first thing's first: I know the vast majority of people who follow my blogs are authors. Nothing wrong with that as I love blogging and I love to share my post, regardless who happens to be reading. Are you suffering from a lousy cover even though your work is awesome and your book has been edited and polished to within an inch of its life? Why struggle any longer? Before we get to the books you should be reading, let's talk about people in the writing community you should know about, period.

If you're on the market trying to find a good cover artist, I can't recommend these two enough!

Christine DeMaio-Rice: The woman is a writer and a genius. She's easy to work with and has pre-made covers from about $35 to the most difficult cover assignment you could think of, she is more than capable of helping. I have worked with her personally so I know what I am talking about. She can be found here at: http://flipcitycovers.blogspot.com/.

Athanasios: Another brilliant cover designer. He is very much hands on and easy to talk to as well about your vision and what you want your cover to be like. Did I mention he works magic with Photoshop? I have used him myself as he's done all the covers for The Beautiful People series. The man is a genius and reasonable as well. Check him out: http://www.mad-gods.com/.

Formatting: Okay, so you have written the perfect novel and you just can't be bothered with formatting your e-book or your paperback book for Createspace. No worries! I have officially entered the arena in formatting and I have very reasonable rates. Contact me at vegasgyrl007@gmail.com if I can help you with any of your formatting needs!

Okay, now that's out of the way, let's get down to the nitty gritty, great books and authors we should be reading but aren't! Are you ready? You better be cuz here we go! ;-)

Jack Wallen: Do you like to be scared? Do you like thrillers? What about cross dressing? This very talented writer has it all and in spades! Of course, since it's the month of Halloween, I will be introducing his zombie series first!
