For the hot and deadly hop, I chose my paranormal romance/suspense novel, Hart Attack: Book I in The Hart Family Saga! Although this is an ongoing series with a second novel coming out this autumn, it is also perfect as a stand-alone as well and can be read with much enjoyment due to a cliffhanger-free ending and hot, deadly characters!

Due to the novel being paranormal, all the bad guys are the good guys and two of the worst are Sebastiaan de Vries, the Lycan King of North America with too many secrets and a close link to Andreas Damgaard, a powerful and ancient vampire.
However the two men had two beautiful sisters in their site: Lena and Angelika. The two women think they know what they are getting involved in but don't have the faintest clue!
Of the two, Andreas, is without a doubt my favorite hot and deadly character because he truly does make being bad look so good!

My favorite at the moment is Toren from Archangels Creed 3.
Of course, I'm prejudiced because I co-wrote the book ;), but I try to be objective about the characters. Toren, and the other Archangels, has serious flaws, but he works to overcome them. And he's his own man, refusing to conform to the expectations of others.
My favorite other than my own character is JR Ward's Vishous. 'Nuff said ;)

Acheron is the ultimate
I am going to go with the Archangel Raphael from Angels' Blood by Nalini Singh, but mainly because it's the last one that I read and it's the freshest in my mind! I think I need to read more books with hot and deadly characters!! I'm reading historical fiction right now so it's not got any yet. I think I am going to browse around here and write down some books to look up, so thank you one and all for helping me without knowing you were doing it!
